Membership Terms • Membership includes up to four (4) private sessions per billing cycle. • Sessions are booked directly through the Love Acting Studio website calendar. • Sessions do not roll over to the following month. Any unused sessions expire at the end of the billing cycle. • A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be considered used. • If a session needs to be rescheduled, it must be rebooked within the same week, subject to availability. • Membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. • Membership availability is subject to Love Acting Studio scheduling capacity. Early booking is recommended. • Membership may be cancelled at any time, but unused sessions do not carry over after cancellation. • Sessions are intended for the enrolled member and may not be transferred or shared.
